The Sand clay body is a proprietary blend, designed to embody the subtle warmth and grit of Hawaiian sand. The tray is our first oval shaped design with a subtle, organic rim. It was designed intentionally for serving cheese but functional for a wide range of serving dishes. The base and rim are both finished raw, allowing the clay body to show. Each piece is made by hand and finished in a signature ivory glaze in a production studio in Kansas City, Missouri.
